Brad Pitt and Luara Dern (Oscar 2020) "92"

Brad Pitt won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood) at the award ceremony of the American Academy of Film and Arts Sciences at Dolby Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday evening.




It is the first time that Brad Pitt, 56, has won an Academy Award for acting after 30 years in the film industry.

Pete previously won one of the American Academy of Film Arts and Sciences awards as a producer in 2014 for Best Film, "Twelve Years Old" (12 Years a Slave).

In "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood", Pete played the role of a TV star, Dubbler, whose star began to fade and his actor Leonardo DiCaprio embodied.

"I'm a little surprised," Pitt said on the stage when receiving the award. He continued said, "I'm not the one who looks back, but that makes me do that."





On the other hand, American actress "Laura Dern" won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar award for her role as a fast-talking and extremist lawyer in the movie "Marriage Story"

Dern excelled on the eve of her fifty-third birthday, Margot Robbie (Bombshell), Scarlett Johansson (Jojo Rabbitt), Florence Pew (Little Woman) and Cathy Bates (Richard Joel).



She gave her victory to her parents, actors Diane Ladd and Bruce Dern.
